How we get your order to you as quickly as possible ...

At little green dress we use Australia Post’s registered delivery services for both national and international orders. We can deliver to you, anywhere in the world! A signature will be required at your chosen address, so please for this reason do not provide a PO Box. Registered post is the most reliable way to deliver your garments, and parcels can be tracked if they decide to wander. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the items you order are in stock, we aren’t superhuman and can sometimes sell out. We are proud to make small quantities here, in Australia; this is the beauty and challenge of limited edition “slow fashion”. If we do sell out, we will let you know if there is a delay and agree the best way forward with you.

Delivery is typically 3-5 working days. We will advise if your order will take a little longer.
Postage is $10 anywhere in Australia
Postage is $25 for anywhere outside Australia

Returns policy

Returns and exchanges can be made up to 7 days after receipt of goods, provided the garment has not been worn or washed. To arrange a return or exchange, please email or phone Genevive to advise of the situation.

If a garment is faulty or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately. We will send you a prepaid parcel to return the garment. We will also replace the garment and little green dress will happily pay the postage costs.

If you are wanting to return a garment for reasons other than it being faulty or damaged, we can exchange for another size or colour. Please contact us immediately. In this case, postage is at the customer’s expense. It is important to use registered post and ensure the garment is returned in original condition. We do not take responsibility for loss of items being returned, and we recommend using our size chart and how to measure instructions to ensure you choose your correct size.

We reserve the right to inspect returned garments and deny return or exchange of goods if we do not see them to be damaged or in the case of exchange, if they are not returned to us in resalable condition.
